As with cards, you will always receive an approved payment from us along with your card payments, usually the next day. How does this work in practice?
V levém horním rohu zadejte částku a případně můžete přidat volitelné referenční číslo. Vyberte metodu platby „Účet“ a potvrďte zadané údaje tapnutím na tlačítko “Zaplatit”.
A screen will appear with a generated QR code that can be scanned for 10 minutes. Ask the client to scan the QR code through their mobile banking.
Once the client confirms the payment, an „accept payment“ button will appear in the GP app. The button does not need to be clicked as an automatic timer is set to accept the payment.
Once the transaction is complete, all information about the transaction is displayed, including the option to send a receipt.
The receipt can be sent via SMS (if the smart device has a SIM card), email or print. It can also be retrieved by the client's device via QR code.
The application confirms the successful sending of the receipt to the customer.
If you need to send an additional receipt, you can do so from the transaction details on the main screen of the app. Tap on the transaction and tap on “send receipt” at the very bottom”
