Creating an order

After activating the GP tom Plus service, you will see a new "Orders" button at the bottom of the main screen. Here you will see an overview of all your existing orders and you can also create new ones.

If your company uses multiple terminals, each terminal will only have access to the orders created on it. Order numbering is shared across the company and again, you will only see your order number on your terminal.

On the main screen, tap the icon on the bottom right to start creating your order.

Select all the products you want to add to your order. You can also change the quantity using the "-" and "+" buttons, or you can enter the final number by clicking in the number box. To confirm your order, click on "Confirm".

Here you can see the detail of the created order, where you can add more products or edit the quantity of the current ones. If you need to edit a product, just click on it. To pay for your order, click on "Pay". 

Here you can enter a reference number, select a payment method and click "Pay". Then the process is the same as for a traditional card payment, where you need to attach the card to the NFC chip of your phone and make the transaction.

When sending the receipt, the customer will see a detailed breakdown of the products purchased. If you are a VAT payer, you will also see the VAT rate here.

After successful payment of the order, the order detail will be displayed, where the status will change to "Paid". To complete the order, just click on "Finish" and then click on the back arrow at the top left.

This will take you back to the order overview, which can have different statuses:
1) Cancelled - deleted order
2) Completed - order that has been successfully completed and the goods have been released to the customer
3) Paid - paid order that is waiting for the goods to be released
4) Active - created order that has not been paid

Order modification

If an order is in the "Active" status, you can edit it and change its content at any time. In any other state you cannot edit the order. If you need to cancel an order, just click on it and click on the trash icon in the top right.
