Once you have activated the GP tom Plus service, you will see a new "Catalog" button at the bottom of the main screen. Here you will see an overview of all your products, which you can edit at any time and you can also create new ones.
If your company uses multiple terminals, all products created will be shared between terminals.
Once you are on the "Catalog" tab, click the add button on the bottom right.
When you create a product you can enter the following fields:
1) Insert product image
2) Product name - mandatory field
3) Product price - mandatory field
4) Select the unit of measure - piece, kg, litre etc.
5) VAT rate - 0/10/15/21 %
6) After clicking you will see other fields - product description, product number and labels
When inserting a product image, you have several options:
1) Take a picture of the product directly
2) Insert an image from your phone's gallery
At the same time, in the next step you can rotate the image in the app or edit which part you want to display. You can delete or change the image at any time.
The labels are used for easy filtering of products. To create a label, click on "edit labels", enter the label name here and click on "+". You can select multiple labels for one product. If you want to delete a label, click on "edit labels" again and press "x" for the label.
Once you have entered all the details, just click on "Save" and the product will be displayed in the catalogue.
Product modification
You can change the product at any time in the app. Just click on it and edit certain fields. If you need to delete a product completely, after clicking the product detail, press the top right trash icon and confirm.
