Thank you for choosing our mobile terminal solution. Before you start using the application, we would like to introduce you to important information you should know.
How to use the app
If you have already received login information from us, you have access to the application. Under your account, you are assigned virtual terminals that have a unique number (referred to as TID). You have just as many TIDs as you have set up and the number can be expanded at any time through your sales representative. However, it is always true that one TID can be used simultaneously only on one device, see the picture:
Need another TID?
If you need an additional TID, you can add it yourself in the Marketplace, or contact your sales representative and they will be happy to arrange it for you.
Supported devices
What our app is best at is compatibility. Our customers use nearly a thousand different phone models from more than eighty manufacturers. But there are minimum requirements that all of them must meet:
Android
- minimum version 8 and higher
- the device must have an NFC chip
- Internet connection (SIM card or Wi-Fi)
Apple (forthcoming)
- iOS 17 and above
- iPhone XS and above
- Internet connection (SIM card or Wi-Fi)
Once you've installed the app, make sure you have everything set up for your device – for some manufacturers, the correct settings are necessary for the app to work properly. This is especially true for users of Huawei and Xiaomi phones.
