We regularly update the app for you so that we can always provide you with a secure and reliable solution. We release updates at least once a month. There are several ways to update the app:
1) Google Play Store, if your phone has it
2) Huawei Store – if your phone is made by Huawei
3) Sunmi Store – on Sunmi devices, directly from the manufacturer’s store
4) manually – if your device does not support any of the previous options

Notice
For security reasons, it is not possible to combine sources. For example, you cannot use the GP Tom app from the Google Play Store and manually download the GP Tom PIN app. If you do, the solution will not work. Therefore, please install both apps from the same source.
Google Play Store
Find the „Google Play“ app on your phone and tap it.
Once the app is open, tap your profile photo or the coloured circle with your initials in the top bar to search. A menu will appear; select „Manage apps and devices“.
Once the summary has appeared, tap on „Updates available“.
A list of apps for which updates are available will appear. Tap „Update“ to update the GP tom or GP tom PIN app.
