Have you bought a new phone or need to transfer your GP tom to a new/different device? It's very simple - you don't need to call anyone and you can do the transfer directly in the app by following the procedure below:
1) Spusťte nové zařízení a nainstalujte do něj aplikaci GP tom.
2) Přihlaste se do aplikace pomocí vašich přihlašovacích údajů. Pokud jste zapomněli heslo můžete si ho sami obnovit.
3) If this is your first time logging on to the device, the app will offer you a choice of TID (unique terminal identifier). Very likely the TID you used on the original device will be in the list of TIDs under „Used“. Tap on it.
4) The application will prompt you to enter an authorization code, which will be sent to your user email. Enter it from your email into the app and confirm.
In the background, your TID is taken from your old device and assigned to your new device. This means you will no longer be able to create new transactions on the old device.
