Have you bought a new phone or need to transfer GP tom to a new/different device? It's very easy - you don't need to call anyone and you can do the transfer directly in the app by following the procedure below:
1) Start a new device and install the GP tom app on it.
2) Log in to the app using your login credentials. If you have forgotten your password you can reset it yourself.
3) If this is your first time logging on to the device, the app will offer you a choice of TID (unique terminal identifier). Very likely the TID you used on the original device will be in the list of TIDs under "Used". Tap on it.
4) The application will prompt you to enter an authorization code, which will be sent to your user email. Enter it from your email into the app and confirm.
In the background, your TID is taken from your old device and assigned to your new device. This means you will no longer be able to create new transactions on the old device.
