We've improved BLIK transactions made in the app and via the app2app API for Poland. At the same time, we have improved the use of GP tom on Nexgo devices.

REPAIRS
- Incorrect error code if user tries to re-cancel transaction via Cloud API
- The status of the app2app API request for a BLIK transaction has not changed to CANCELED unless it has been cancelled by the user
