Are you unhappy with the way your receipt lines currently look? Then you have come to the right place! You can edit your receipt lines directly in the app to suit you. You can currently use up to ten lines that will be on each of your receipts. If you ask us about our experience, then we will tell you that usually merchants use up to five lines where they usually have:
1st line - name of the company (or name of the establishment)
2nd line - Street and descriptive number
3rd line - City including postcode
4th line - web address
5th line - phone number

The other lines can be used, for example, to indicate your VAT number or VAT number. Of course, there are no limits to your creativity, just keep in mind that on each receipt you should have the name of the company (or registered office) and the address - street, postal number and city.
Once you have entered the new data, tap the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen. We will process your data and usually within a day the changes will be reflected on your receipts.
Why does the change take up to one working day?
For security reasons, it is not possible to make changes immediately - it could happen that a receipt could be issued under a different company than the real one. That's why every change is checked by our colleagues to make sure everything is in order.
