This portal, including all appendices and references, is intended solely for the use of the integrator (hereinafter referred to as the „Customer“). The information contained in this document (hereinafter referred to as „the information“) is subject to intellectual property protection and copyright held by Global Payments s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as „GP“) and constitutes trade secrets in accordance with the provisions of Section 504 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. The Customer is aware of their legal obligations regarding the handling of the Information.
The Information, or any part thereof, must not be disclosed or made available to any third party in any manner whatsoever without the prior express written consent of GP. The Information must not be used by the Client for any purpose other than that for which it is intended. For the avoidance of doubt, the Information, or any part thereof, must not be provided to or made available to companies providing online payment processing services without the prior express written consent of GP.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GP reserves all rights to this documentation and the information contained therein. Any reproduction, use, display or other publication or distribution of the Information or any part thereof by any means, whether known or unknown, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of GP. GP shall not be liable in any way for any errors or omissions in the Information. GP reserves the right to amend or withdraw any Information without giving any reason.
