The first time you launch the app, you'll see a sign-in screen:
In the username and password fields, enter the information you received from us in the email.
The first time you start it, you need to choose the TID that you want to use on the device. Select from the list that appears and confirm.
Subsequently, please set your own password to log in to the application.
As soon as you confirm your own password, we will automatically send you an authorization code by email. Please enter it into the application.
After entering the code correctly, the following screen will appear and you will be automatically logged in.
Once you're successfully signed in, you'll see the main app screen. Of course, you won't see any payments made the first time you start it.
Unable to log in?
- Verify that you are entering your email and password correctly.
- Verify that you are connected to the Internet.
- Make sure you have both GP tom and GP tom PIN applications installed.
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps.
