With Tap to Pay on iPhone via Genius mobile pay, you can accept all types of contactless payments directly on your iPhone. You don't need any additional terminal or device.

To use the service, you’ll need iOS 17 or later on your iPhone.

The app requires an iPhone XS or a newer model.
Connection
Internet connection via a SIM card or a Wi-Fi network.
Accept payments with ease
On the home screen, tap the “+” icon to set up your first payment – enter the amount and select the „Tap to Pay on iPhone“ payment method.
The payment screen will appear, where your customer will tap their card or mobile device on the contactless symbol.
As soon as you see the „Done“ icon, your card has been read and authorised. Both you and your customer will then see the payment result straight away. It really is that simple!
The screen rotates automatically
Simply tilt your iPhone towards the customer or tap the screen, and the display will rotate for better readability.

What APIs we offer for integration
There are two interfaces available that can be used to work with applications. For applications installed on the same device, you can use the iOS API; for any external system running outside the device, you can use the cloud API.
iOS API
This API is designed for apps running on the same iPhone as Genius mobile pay and allows you to easily trigger an operation within our app. A great way to manage all your apps in one place.
Cloud API
The Cloud API allows you to trigger a payment from virtually anywhere. It can be a tablet next to you, a traditional cash register, a server-based solution or a cloud-based system. And without a physical connection!
