With regard to the current version 11, the manufacturer does not yet offer an upgrade to higher versions of Android.

What is not included

SIM card not included. On-site servicing of the device is not included, nor is installation of the device at the destination. However, installation can be ordered separately.

Installation

The device is installed from the outside of the device and fits into holes the same size as the Ingenico terminals. The advantage of the device over other devices on the market is the smaller depth required to install the terminal in your facility.

Warranty Terms:

The equipment is covered by statutory warranty conditions - when purchased by an individual ( not a company) the warranty is 24 months. If purchased by a legal entity, the warranty is 12 months.
