Preparation of equipment

We will germinate the payment terminal for you, upload security certificates, upload the operating system and payment application. We will then configure the terminal exactly for your needs.

Application support during operation

This service is included in the package. We will look after your application for the lifetime of the terminal to ensure that it is always reliable, secure and compliant with all card association regulations. In case of questions or problems, we will check and correct everything. In addition, whenever we release a new version of the application with new services, we will automatically upload it to you remotely free of charge.

Terminal service support

You must have experienced a situation where you needed to solve a technical problem and no one could help you. Sales then ran out and you lost money. That won't happen to you with us. The package includes on-site terminal service. This includes our on-site technical support available by phone or email (24 hours a day) and our own team of experienced technicians. We guarantee service and resolution of difficulties on-site.

Supported payment cards

We currently support all types of Visa and Mastercard cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. More card types are in the pipeline and will be provided free of charge when they are introduced as part of the package.

Supported protocols

The terminal currently supports the GPE protocol and the MDB protocol. We will set up the required protocol type during the preparation by mutual agreement.
