About the company

The establishment of the company dates back to 1991, when the expedition and warehouse company Pavel Jeřábek – EXPEDIS was founded by Mr. Pavel Jeřábek. In the first phase of its business activities, Expedis managed to reach out and acquire customers from the ranks of small business entities, provide them with a comprehensive logistics service, i.e. warehouse space, ensure the operation of warehouse management, mediate transport according to their dispositions. Subsequently, this comprehensive service was used by transport companies operating on groupage and piece goods and companies engaged in international transport of goods (exports, imports). Based on the potential of customers thus created, Expedis gradually modernized its workplace and expanded its portfolio of services to include customs clearance of goods, customs declarant activities and other services that needed to be provided within the framework of the emerging legislative needs – elaboration of the intrastat agenda, ecocom, provision of principal to secure the customs debt.
