Throughout our career as POS developers, we regularly capture a lot of interesting facts, insights and suggestions that help us improve our system. Now we have prepared such a small sample test from the catering industry, which was created based on positive feedback from our clients. The test will be about how fast a waiter works in paper order form and how fast he works with a mobile terminal. Of course, it is not only a question of the speed of the waiter, but also the responsibility of the preparation of other co-workers.
A waiter in a restaurant with a capacity of 120 seats took part in the test. The occupancy rate in both cases was about 50%, i.e., there were 60 real customers in the restaurant who were hungry and thirsty at the time the test took place.
