A booking system for the hotel’s private wellness areas. Guests book a slot online and pay by card in advance or at reception. Reception initiates the payment directly from the booking details on the payment terminal; the result is automatically reflected in the booking and a tax receipt is issued. Payments can be refunded to the guest’s card in the same way. The system runs as a web application and the terminal is operated via the GP tom Cloud API.
