LUKUL - not only a mobile waiter
LUKUL is a mobile application with a user interface ergonomically adapted for smartphones and tablets(Android, iOS).
The software can only be used with the OBERON system, with which it communicates via web services. For this reason, it is necessary to provide a WiFi connection to the local computer network in operation.
The application can work in multiple modes:
- LUKUL - mobile waiter - designed for service,
- LUKUL eMenu - without ordering option - for guest to view the offer on their own mobile device,
- LUKUL eMenu - guest in the restaurant - for guest to order in the restaurant,
- LUKUL eMenu - delivery - for guest with the possibility of ordering from home.
The application program also allows:
- advanced work with an active open account,
- the possibility of quick ordering using item codes,
- keep the menu always up-to-date (informing the customer of both available and temporarily unavailable items),
- sophisticated use of pictures and detailed descriptions of individual dishes and drinks.
